But I digress.  Here is the breakdown on pricing if you wait till the October 22 release:

Professional $299.99

Professional Upgrade $199.99

Ultimate $319.99

Ultimate Upgrade $219.99

Home Premium $199.99

Home Premium Upgrade $119.99

If you do pre-order you will get this pricing:

Professional Upgrade $99.99

Home Premium Upgrade $49.99

You will be able to upgrade from XP and Vista.  To do the upgrade for XP you will not do an upgrade.  It will be a clean install, but the upgrade version will work.
